Deduplicate client creation in describe tests

What this PR does / why we need it:

Deduplicate fake.NewClientset calls by creating resource first. This will reduce amount of diffs on later stage to get kubernetes/kubectl#1769 fixed, as resource will be readily available to be passed to Describe call.
