New Content Added in Menu doesn't get saved #4778

What are the steps to reproduce this bug?
Admin Page -> Pages -> Menus -> Choose one menu -> Add Menu Item -> Choose any type -> Save Menu Item.
Once item is "saved", on page refresh, the newly added item is missing.
What is the expected behavior?
When a new menu item is added in, on page refresh, the menu item should persist.
What do you see instead?
The previous revision of Menu is still present.

Possible solution
Current workaround is to directly modify / add the entries in DynamoDB.
