Documentation of proxmox_virtual_environment_apt_standard_repository references outdated handles #2421

Description

Describe the bug
The document for proxmox_virtual_environment_apt_standard_repository is out of date.

For the handle the documentation states.

handle (String) The handle of the APT standard repository. Must be ceph-quincy-enterprise | ceph-quincy-no-subscription | ceph-quincy-test | ceph-reef-enterprise | ceph-reef-no-subscription | ceph-reef-test | ceph-squid-enterprise | ceph-squid-no-subscription | ceph-squid-test | enterprise | no-subscription | test.

However, if handle is set to ceph-quincy-no-subscription we get the following error,

adding APT standard repository: received an HTTP 500 response - Reason: error: unknown
variant ceph-quincy-no-subscription, expected one of enterprise, no-subscription,
test, ceph-squid-enterprise, ceph-squid-no-subscription, ceph-squid-test

Expected behavior
The documentation should be updated.

From the proxmox migration guide - https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Upgrade_from_8_to_9 it is apparent that quincy and reef are not supported anymore.
